Sue Averell’s studio is a 15 minute drive or a 20 minute ferry ride from San Francisco. There are around 80 artists in the building, many of them are also available by appointment. If you’re feeling energetic, try biking from San Francisco to Sausalito and then taking the ferry back.
Driving Directions
From HWY 101, take the Marin City / Sausalito exit. Go left towards Sausalito. Right on Bridgeway (you will be headed south with the Bay on your left). Left on Harbor Drive. The building is located on the north west corner of Harbor Drive and Gate Five Road. Wheel chair access is located on the loading dock next to the elevator, on the east side of the building. There are entrances and parking on all four sides of the building.
